Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Every order is made to order by me in my Wellington studio with care and attention to detail. Please allow 2–5 business days for your piece to be made and prepared for dispatch. If you need it sooner, please email me and I’d do my best to accommodate. 

New Zealand Orders

All NZ orders are sent with overnight courier delivery once your piece is ready, so you can unwrap it sooner.

If you need your jewellery by a specific date, simply email us at hello@moorejewellery.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your location isn’t available at checkout, please get in touch - we’ll see what’s possible.

Delivery usually takes 3-10 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance times.

Returns

We want you to love your Moore Jewellery piece. If for any reason you’d like to return it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@moorejewellery.com to arrange a return.

Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label to print at home. The return courier cost (NZ $8.10) will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.
• Earrings can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Custom or personalised pieces (including engraved designs) are made especially for you and are not eligible for return.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
