Where is Moore Jewellery made?

Every Moore Jewellery piece is handcrafted in our Wellington studio by founder and designer Ulyana Moore. From selecting high-lustre pearls to assembling each gold-filled chain, every step is done with care, precision, and intention.

What materials do you use?

Our jewellery is made from 14k gold-filled components, hallmarked for authenticity, and high-lustre freshwater pearls. Gold-filled contains up to 100x more real gold than gold-plated, offering lasting beauty through daily wear. Each piece is designed to age gracefully and become part of your everyday story.

What makes gold-filled different from gold-plated?

Gold-filled jewellery is created by bonding solid gold to a brass core under high heat and pressure — meaning the gold layer is much thicker and more durable than gold-plated. With proper care, it can last for decades and maintain its rich gold tone, even with regular wear.

At Moore Jewellery, gold-filled is our signature material — chosen for its balance of luxury, longevity, and sustainability.

Can I order a custom piece?

Yes — many of our customers choose to create a custom design or personalise their piece with initial stamps, special gemstones, or unique pearl combinations.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — Moore Jewellery ships internationally to most countries. International orders are carefully packaged and sent with tracked delivery for peace of mind.

What is your return policy?

We offer 7-day returns on unworn pieces (excluding earrings for hygiene reasons).

How should I care for my jewellery?

Are your pearls real?

Yes — we use only genuine freshwater pearls, each one unique in shape and lustre. Their natural variations are what make your piece truly one of a kind.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes — every order arrives in our signature packaging, ready to gift or keep. Each box includes a jewellery care card and a message that reflects the thoughtfulness of your purchase.
